We Charge Service charges on Successful transactions. Our Site in Brokering Model, All our revenue comes from Service Charges we collect after successful transactions. We do not charge For Client inspections of the properties.
Pre Inspected or Visiting Area out side Pune Limits is done at Owners Cost. Because of Unavailability of Staff to represent him , we give such clients Discounts in our Service Charges on successful transaction. This model is called a Remote Brokering. In this model the client and owner are both benefited. In Remote Brokering Model We charge Brokerage equivalent to 20 Days Rent and 0.75 % from Seller and Purchaser of the total Transaction cost. Remote Brokering is done in Non-Represented Areas of Pune City.
Owners are Requested to inform us when thier property gets Rented or Sold by our efforts or by their own sources. Once confirmation is given by the owner we deactivate the properties from our web site, this helps in keeping our Database Clean and with latest properties in the market.
